I’m a Service Designer and Researcher from India. Since 2021, I have worked with startups and scale-ups to humanize technology.
I currently work at Awaaz.ai 🇮🇳 / Vakya.ai 🇺🇸 where I build Voice AI agents in 11+ languages including Indian English, Hindi, and Spanish.
I hold a Masters in Design Management from IED Barcelona. After graduating, I worked as a UX Designer at Natural Machines 🇪🇸, one of the emerging foodtech startups in Spain. I designed 3 mobile apps for their 3D food printer, Foodini, while mapping service blueprints and end to end user journeys.
In my past life, I was an industrial designer. During that stint, I designed dental care products which are now sold in retail across 17 Indian states and on Amazon India.
